By using Xenia, you agree to these terms. They’re written plainly, but they’re the agreement between you and Xenia.
Anyone can create an account and complete setup. Membership is held at our discretion, and can be paused or ended if the house rules are broken. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
Members host adventures and take spots at each other’s adventures. Spots are a non-monetary credit, you earn one by hosting and spend one by attending. No money changes hands between members, and spots have no cash value and can’t be bought, sold, or transferred outside the app.
Xenia connects members and provides the support and safety tools, but the adventures themselves happen between members out in the world. You’re responsible for your own conduct and safety, and for meeting people with the same care you’d use anywhere. We vet members but don’t guarantee anyone’s behavior.
You own what you post (your photos, profile, and messages) and grant us the license needed to display it within the club. Don’t post anything unlawful, harmful, or that isn’t yours to share. We can remove content and accounts that break these terms.
There is no tolerance for either here. Report or block a member from their profile or your conversation with them, and report an adventure from its page. The Xenia team is in Messages for anything else. We act on every report within 24 hours: content that breaks these terms comes down, and the member who posted it loses their membership.
Giving Xenia your mobile number signs you up for two kinds of text: the code that signs you in, and word of the things that need you, a spot asked for, a spot given, a message from a member. That is the whole programme, and it is not marketing. Message frequency varies, and depends on how busy your club is.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, START to begin again, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your number reaches one other company, our messaging provider, and only so a message addressed to you can be delivered to you.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We can suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms or the house rules.
